As we deal only in electronic products such as ebooks we have no way of taking an electronic product back from you should you be unhappy with it. Usually a refund is offered when a customer has bought a product in error, as due to the nature of our books it is highly improbable that they didn’t know exactly what they were getting.

Also as we deal in ‘secrets’ such as mentalism and magic, these ebooks give up their secrets, which the customer is paying for, the moment they are read.

In our history of selling many hundreds of ebooks we have only been asked for a refund twice. We are proud of this acheivement and hope that any problems that you have with our material can be solved amicably either with a full refund or a like for like exchange of another product.
